Andy Warhurst Signature Model
Over the past year or so I've really been working on my log designs to try and come up with something better than the standard flat, wide plank of a noserider. Something that's maneuverable and responsive yet still lets you plant your little piggies on the tip through those long desirable sections. What came of it is this beast of a model. It's a lot narrower in the middle and nose sections than usual to increase maneuverability in the sense that there's no wide points up front to catch a rail but still has the big hip and wide tail for glide and stability whilst on the tip. The real key points to this board are the narrow nose and extreme tail curve. With the nose being so pulled in it allows you to stick it in really pockety sections on the nose and it maintains its stability because the tail curve acts like a hook and locks in but you can slip it out of trim easily with a hip wiggle to gain or reduce speed. Starting at 9'2 with a big Greenough inspired fin and custom tints and pigments, this board is perfect for anyone who wants to take their logging to to the next level or the surfer jumping onto a log from a smaller board.
Suitable from knee to head high.
